Tony, I believe in angels, most definitely. The bible talks about their purpose to guide and deliver messages to humanity. I believe after death we become like Christ with our immortal bodies. But angels are separate beings….created to serve God and humanity. When we die, yes we will see all of God’s angels…and there are many different kinds that the bible describes in looks and function to serve God. As glorious as I think our new immortal bodies will be…they will still be human, just a better perfected version with incredible abilities we do not have in our fleshly state. It is in 1 Corinthians 15:35-49 that it describes that all creatures of fleshly terrestrial body have a celestial body after death…but remain still what they were created to be …not changed into a different creation. Our energy of who we are is still there. As annoying as I can be sometimes,….I will still be Cherie. Lol….just with all the vigor I can muster in a celestial body. I look forward to no pain…as I know you do too, Tony. I have heard so many accounts of angels and even my uncle Donnie, in Vietnam war was shot and tells of an angel speaking to him and telling him he would not die. He was very sure of what he heard and experienced. I do not doubt his account, as he is a very honest person. It changed his life. It had to have been real. Faith is believing without seeing and having hope. Hope is the miracle we all need to pull us through. Prophesy in the Bible has been 100% accurate thus far, so I am pretty secure that we can believe angels are real and that we will see them for the powerful warriors and messengers they were designed for in place at the end of this world. I think we will be amazed at what is coming with Christ’s return. 🙂
Great thought provoking topic for your blog, Tony. I enjoyed. 🙂
