Can you imagine what it would be like to be the first documented, and proof “positive” case of Telekinesis ever accepted by the laboratories of science?  Life as you knew it, would be over.  First, it would probably be the military that came to you under the guise of “doing a great service” for your country.  For surely they would see the practical applications of jamming signals and weaponry or gaining access to secret materials etc…….Then, the News cameras (nightmare), Hollywood (money),  I.B.M. (International Brotherhood of Magicians), then VEGAS (of course) and then, Criminals willing to kidnap you and force you to do their bidding!  The whole thing would be a nightmare.  So, doesn’t it make sense that a person that had this ability would keep it hidden?  I know I would.  I imagine that, somewhere in the world, a person exists that has this ability and has used it to…

So, have you guys seen the movie, “Phenomenon”, with John Travolta and Forest Whitaker?  We’re talking about this film today because it deals with subject matter that is unproven (in humans) but accepted by most people as fact.  Also happens to be on my personal list of “films to see”.  The film deals with unexplained phenomena and specifically with, Telekinesis.  This topic is probably the most popular in all of Metaphysics and certainly the most studied, faked, and misrepresented throughout human history.  What’s great about this movie is that it humanizes telekinesis and makes it clear that people are always afraid of what they don’t understand , but when seen through the eyes of a friend, how that fear can become accepted and appreciated, by those that we know and love, no matter how outrageous the reactions of others. People are still asking me, what is Metaphysics?  After nearly 60 posts on my blog…………I guess I SUCK!  (kidding)  Better try to clear this up.  I am going to clear the air here, to the best of my ability.  Keep in mind that Metaphysics (in it’s essence) attempts to define that which Science says does not exist, so the idea of defining, that which does not exist, is rather a daunting one but certainly, my kind of challenge.  So unbutton your trousers because you are about to get a belly full….
