One of my first posts, before getting on line, was about this film, and consequently no one really saw my write on this.  I think Georgina Richardson was the only person to see it, and I can still remember her comments.  So, I feel confident that she’d agree……It’s well worth putting out there again for discussion.
                          This morning I was on the phone with a friend, and I mentioned this film, the response I got made me cringe.  She said; “I don’t like those Star Trek kinds of movies!”  At which point I began feeling sick to my stomach.  I mean, how could someone put this movie in category with ANY movie at all.   There IS no category for this movie.  It stands alone.  It has withstood the test of time better than any other film, EVER!  It’s scope and vision have not even been attempted since it’s arrival…
